In November 2018, selected students from F.1 - F.5 took part in the Bebras Challenge Competition. The challenge encourages the learning of computer science and development of computational thinking among students. It promotes problem solving skills by having the students solve a total of 20 problems. Each question simulates the problems faced when writing programs and apps. The skills, including mathematical skills, the ability to break down complicated problems into simpler components and pattern generalization skills, are required in the challenge. Through solving the problems, students have developed logical thinking skills.
We are pleased to announce that the following students have received the gold award (which is given to students in the top 10%), silver award (which is given to students in the top 20%) and bronze award (which is given to students in the top 30%) respectively.
