Congratulations to Samuel Tsui Siu Cheung 4D and Cyric Wong Chun Sun 4D, who clinched the First Class Award in Python Application Challenge!
Python Application Challenge requires contestants to control a robot vehicle to complete a challenging route by line-following, obstacle avoidance, and delivery of a red block to the finishing area. In order to test candidates’ abilities to solve problems on-the-go, the route and necessary tasks are only given on the day of the competition.
Samuel and Cyric joined the challenge on 18-10-2020 (Sun). They first attended 2 training sessions from the organization to familiarize themselves with the basic structure of robot cars and obtain essential skills in Python programming to complete tasks on line-following and obstacle avoidance. After two rounds, the boys received the First Class Award in the competition.
