Hong Kong Biology Literacy Award (2024-2025)

A team of 4 biology students participated in the preliminary round of the Hong Kong Biology Literacy Award competition organized by the Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education. They made it to the top 8, qualifying them for the final stage of the competition. In this stage, they delivered an 8-minute presentation on a randomly assigned biology-related topic after a 30-minute preparation period. Their presentation focused on "Extremophiles in Biotechnology," showcasing their knowledge in the field. As a result, our team achieved 3rd runner-up and received the Excellence in Inquiry award. Congratulations to them on this outstanding achievement for successfully navigating through all stages of the competition!
