Tours are designed to enrich and enhance students’ intercultural and life experiences, make learning real and authentic, and give them an edge in today’s competitive world. Trips to different parts of the world provide students with opportunities to interact with members of the international community, develop respect for plural values, widen their horizons and nurture their generic capabilities. We would like our students to internalize, make sense of the learning experience and to effect a change in their personal values and attitudes so that they will become proactive, informed and responsible learners.
Trips to Mainland China and overseas countries are organized every year to extend our students’ understanding of the motherland and appreciation of the diversity of societies and cultures. An educational tour is a meaningful tool to add value to our classroom learning and offers rich and memorable experiences to our students.
