The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) held its 14th annual general meeting for the 2024-2025 school year in the school hall on the evening of November 29th. We warmly welcomed the newly elected PTA cabinet, which aims to enhance communication between parents and teachers and organize meaningful activities throughout the school year.

The meeting began with a heartfelt welcome speech by our Principal, Ms. Law. Following this, the PTA presented its annual and financial reports, leading into a touching commemoration ceremony for the 13th PTA Standing Committee, who were honored with souvenirs for their dedicated service over the past year. The nominees for the 14th PTA Standing Committee then introduced themselves onstage, and parents present cast their votes, confirming the new committee later that evening.

A highlight of the event was a seminar by Mr. Francis Mak, BBS, MH. As a renowned radio broadcaster and programme host, Mr. Mak has dedicated himself to the Never Give Up Association, offering training programs to help teenagers manage stress. He emphasized the importance of mental wellness in parenting, sharing valuable insights on how parents can improve their family dynamics.

The PTA AGM concluded with a meeting between attending parents and their children’s class teachers, fostering closer connections within our school community.
