BHJS World Scholar’s Cup Team qualified for Tournament of Champions

Nine Jubileans earned their places in the World Scholar’s Cup (Global Round) after outperforming many other contestants in the Hong Kong Round in June 2023. They travelled to Bangkok, Thailand on 24 August 2023 for another round of heated competitions. During the 7 days of intense competitions, students debated, wrote, and answered MC questions about the syllabus given. They have reaped multiple individual and team awards. Six Jubileans are qualified to enter the Tournament of Champions to be held at Yale University, United States this November. Congratulations!

The World Scholars Cup is an academic competition in which students compete against each other in 6 different subject areas: Science, History, Social Studies, Literature, Art & Music and an additional Special Area, decided by the World Scholar’s Cup organizer every year.
